Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got into fitness?
When I was a child, I dreamed of having a body like an action star. At that time, I practiced by myself at home with only two dumbbells. I was probably eleven or two years old at that time. Later, I became obsessed with basketball, which was the case when I was a teenager. I spend two days a week on the basketball court and exercise on the equipment after playing. Finally, I still have the energy to continue playing basketball near home. All I could think about was basketball and I gave it my all, but unfortunately I had to enlist in the Army and I got out of shape. At that time, I really didn’t know what to do next. It was a difficult period in my life. Because when I was playing basketball, I always had a firm goal, but in the end I failed to achieve it. I felt extremely disappointed, so I took the personal training certificate and started to provide fitness guidance to people.
Fitness is so boring, how do you persevere?
Music and all the people who support me are what keep me going. baseOriginally, most of what I listened to was hip-hop and gangsta rap, but lately I've been listening to heavy metal and upbeat music extracted from the soundtracks of films like 300. I receive emails every day from all kinds of people, including my clients, who tell me that with my help they have gotten into great shape and they feel very happy about it; People who are inspired by my photos or videos to work out. These emails also keep me going.
What is your current fitness regimen like?

The seventh meal: Something called "izvara" (...Slavic, it is a white powdery thing, the translator found that the Chinese meaning seems to be "rape (that)", uh...), I think There seems to be no corresponding term in English. This thing is only found in Bulgaria. But this is a good source of casein, which is rich in 17.2g of protein and only has 85 calories per 100g. So here are the best foods to have as your last meal before bed.
Work hardBuilding muscleLosing fat What is the biggest reward for you?
There are too many to explain.
Please list three sets of moves that you think are the best movements for sculpting your macho figure?
| I want to lift more weight, so the three movements I always do are bench presses, squats, and deadlifts.
What bodybuilding supplements are you using?
A variety of whey proteins, branched chain amino acids and glutamine. After accepting the sponsorship from Australian Nutri-Sups, I started using Muscle Warfare products. I think they are very effective and have helped me a lot in training. I have increased my dimensions and weight.
What is the most common question people ask you about training?
"Ask me, how long have you been practicing?" My answer is, "A lifetime!"
What is your biggest achievement so far? The biggest achievement is that I have found the path I want to take. I am the person I want to be, doing what I want to do. Nothing else matters.
What is your favorite saying? “Eat the bitterest of hardships, and you will be better than others.”
What are your future plans? Show the most body to the world and help more and more people beautify their bodies. I also want to change the public’s perception of male fitness models. In my opinion, male fitness models should look like muscular action movie protagonists (such as Superman, Batman), not like lithe and slim Barbie doll boyfriends.
