                                            <li>1 tbsp  honey</li>

                                            <li>2 tbsp  almond butter </li>
                                            <li>4 whole-grain frozen waffles, toasted</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li>In a bowl, stir together ricotta, blueberries, honey, and vanilla. </li>
                                    <li>Spread almond butter on two waffles and top each
with an equal amount of the ricotta-berry mixture. </li>
                                    <li>Top with remaining waffles and slice in half.</li>
